I really enjoyed the positive environment and focus on coaching and development. There is an emphasis on people and creating a positive workplace. The management has a high degree of integrity.

Cons

The company has a lot of employees... you may not like everyone.

Pros

Easy job, fun corporate culture, lots of coaching.

Cons

Long process to move up, management has very high expectations and clients demands are expected to be met without developed plan prior to taking on a new account.

Pros

pay is $10 the hour, you at least get benefits, this jobs suits someone who is in need of a job asap or needs experience for there next job position

Cons

I'm currently and employee here and like most of the other reviews, This company is based on the false premise of people first. I work in the Miami lakes location and it has to be one of the filthiest places i have ever worked, They have everything from bug problems to dirty carpets that are on borderline grey and black when they use to be blue or green, and don't even get me started on the cubicles because they are just as bad as everything else. As another reviewer stated the company gives out these ridiculous surveys that function to make the company look good by only giving it to people who are happy with there job but everyone else forget it. As for bonuses each account works differently but almost every one gets $100 extra if they meet metrics for it. Promotion wise its also very non existent and if they do consider you, you will most likely decline as in less than 3 months you learn that this company doesn't really have your best interest at heart. If you want anything to get done or you want to speak to someone you have to jump through hoops to get any where with upper management, Benefits are a joke but they are expensive no matter which way you see it mine alone is $126 this would be medical open access, vision and dental. This amount is bi weekly and automatically removed from your check the lowest price i've seen was maybe $85. Equipment wise the company makes you buy there ridiculous over priced headset that cost $80 and they sure as hell wont replace it if it gets damaged. People rather just steal some one else headset than ask for a new replacement since they rather charge you than help you. Computers here don't work the IT department is useless as it can take about 3 months for them to even do something and when they supposedly fix it , they just make it worse. If you do work here prepare you mind to be both frustrated and exhausted, be prepared to lose any and all hope of moving up or receiving a raise.
