Pros

There’s literally no pros they threaten to fire you all the time they can watch you like a hawk in there

Cons

You literally can’t even take a break to go to the bathroom they tell you to clock out if you need extra breaks they don’t give you enough time to answer customers. There is and zero opportunities because Delta sucks. I was here a year and they gave me a training position and then put me back on the phones because they said that was company need and then they never gave me my training bonus for helping train. Delta never updates their system online so you can never find the product. my grandma died and they wouldn’t give me any time off.

Pros

It's easy (mostly mindless) work and you get to leave it at the office when you clock out. Co-workers share a special brand of comaraderie in customer service suffering. HR is pretty quick to take care of mishaps and direct supervisors are usually reasonable (potentially likeable) people. Benefits are existent, but expensive. You get major paid holidays and earn vacation/sick leave time per pay period. Great learning experience (about the limits of your patience).

Cons

Predictably, call center work is tedious, but certainly not hard (unless you count that it's mentally draining and makes you question human evolution). The pay is higher than minimum wage but not exactly sustaining if you intend to pay rent. Upper management is delusional at best and doesn't seem to comprehend basic project (or employee) management, considering the turnover rate of representatives and failure of company contracts.

Pros

-Flexibility with scheduling -Pretty decent pay, compared to other jobs -Friendly/fun atmosphere -Members of management are very approachable -We work with well-known, reputable companies -The place looks great

Cons

In all honesty, I must say that this may not be a reflection of Inktel as a whole, but more so the experience of myself and the majority of my department-- we are constantly being micromanaged, guidelines and policies change at the drop of a hat (and you are expected to quietly comply), there are unreasonable standards in regards to the call flow, certain incentives are promised but not upheld, and (aside from a quality assurance position) it is near impossible to advance because the higher positions are pretty much set in stone
