They hired a ton of new people and laid me off very suddenly. No warning. My supervisor claimed it was because my performance was lacking, but I was right on par with everyone else at the time. I was doing the same amount of emails per hour. I was getting great reviews from my clients. I was very confused when I got the phone call because I had been working with them for two years. I'm the financial provider for my household, I was going to school full-time, and I have a young son- all of which they were aware of. I think the real reason they laid me off was because I was in school, and I needed to have my schedule re-adjusted every semester, but they knew I was in school from the moment they hired me. I would love to review them more positively, but they could've, at the very least, given me more advance notice to find another job. What they did was pretty messed up.
