Management is so toxic and treats you as if you’re a number and not a person. First, they need to pay more. The account is Louis Vuitton. The pay should be $15/hr minimum. Getting the bonus is also very hard and every other month they’re changing qualifications to make it harder and harder to obtain. 95% attendance for the month (meaning you can’t miss more than 1 single day), meet 5%-10% in sales which is not hard at all, and the quality of your call must be 80% or higher... the issue with quality is every single manager they have had been hired within the past 2-4 months and doesn’t know anything. They constantly score incorrectly and it’s all over the place. Even though I consistently meet quality with 90% or higher I feel bad for other advisors who can never get the bonus. And as I said, the company adds qualification all the time, the do not want us to get the extra money. It’s sad.
