You get paid twice a month 7 and the 21 seems like you get paid every 3 weeks but pay is one set salary 20,000 thats it no more .

You are hired full time but never receive 80 hours in 2 weeks. You have to purchase your own headphones which they take out of your check at a cost of $80.00. If the customers don't complete the survey you are held accountable and let go before you 90 day period with the excuse of your scores being low. Missing hours from your paycheck and horrible training. Also everyone makes $10.00 per hour even the Team leads. No raises are given ever!
