Working at Inktel has been the best thing for me and my family. The interview process was smooth and thorough. Everyone I have interacted with in the company gives me the sense of being "on my team." I have never heard so many stories of colleagues who started off in entry-level positions that were then given the opportunity to move up. The company-wide "family-first" mentality is refreshing (especially compared to my last job). They will do all they can to be flexible and understanding of your family needs. It can be tough to work remotely (isolating, etc.) but they do a great job of creating an online team atmosphere. I definitely recommend.
