regular hours. decent-ish benefits once they kick in.

Cons

Management shows horrible favoritism. They promote based solely on who is willing to be there the highest number of hours. They will fire you on a whim. Rules only apply to the people that supervisors don't like. As an added bonus, they will literally hire a tumbleweed if it rolls in the office door - they don't discriminate. As a result the culture sucks. The majority of the staff is uneducated and extremely true to their hood roots.

*Low pay * On SEVERAL occasion I had to stand up to management and demanded that I get paid the FULL amount of hours work. Be especially careful during the holidays. * Managment (particularly on the Pep Boys Account) critiquing strategy is borderline harassment. Beware if management having a bad day which happens very often. It is not okay for the individual in charge to talk to her staff the way she does especially those that are supposed to be Team Leads. Not only does it undermine them, but it sets a precedent of how the "team" treats one another. If you let her she will be having you vacuuming the floors of the office AFTER closing WITH NO PAY
