Honestly, not many for somebody who wants to grow in their career. Depending on the team the work can be very boring and repetitive.

Cons

Easy to coast by and get lost within the company. That's why the average age is over 40 and average tenure is close to 10 years. This isn't the place you want to be if you're trying to grow. Pay is also very low, but benefits and easy workload balances it out for people who just want to coast.
