Some nurses are great and coworkers. Low cost lunch. Occasional purse sale you can charge your employee account.

Cons

No help from nurses who you normally do not work with. Had to get help from non nursing staff sometimes

I loved my co workers and how close to home the hospital was

Cons

2 words: safe unit. Every time I got stuck in safe unit (which happened more than it should have because certain charges just pick on you) I had the worst day ever.
