Nepotism is allowed; subpar pay and terrible benefits

Occasionally, they'll get pizza or sandwiches for lunch.

Cons

Housekeeping asst management has their kids working below them and they get huge favoritism with the schedule, leaving early, work load, help during their shift and calling out constantly. Employees have found other jobs and left because of this. Employees have also walked out because of this and the ones left are at their wits end that it is allowed to continue and swept under the rug. It has created a toxic work environment. It's just a matter of time before everyone leaves. Countless complaints have been made to the GM and Housekeeping mgr, but NOTHING IS DONE about the blatant nepotism . They just don't care and expect everyone to deal with the absolute unfairness that constantly occurs.

Good salary. Decent benefits. Level line employees are great, property level staff is wonderful to be around.

Cons

Innventures above property management, regionals do not take concerns from staff seriously. Many staff were harassed by a specific GM in California and these things were reported and ignored. The property lost so many amazing ppl due to him.
