I spent 13 years with Residence Inn by Marriott across the 1990s. My best years were with InnVentures. Striving to change long term hotel living from drudgery to a happy home to come back to after a long day at the office - out of town. InnVentures challenged us to deliver for the customer and the company. I learned so much about big corporate business, franchise ownership, customer service and how to contribute to make a great team. Today, I still use every value instilled during my InnVentures years.
