Hotel discounts. PTO plan. Uhhhhh

Cons

Little to no work life balance. Very low pay for the job you are required to do. Hotels are dumps. leadership only hires really young inexperienced people to roles they are completely unfit to do so they can feel better about knowing nothing and not evolving. Lot of egos. They’re so proud of how long they’ve worked at this go nowhere company but all that means is stagnant ideas and old school sales tactics.

Paid time off, affordable benefits, of course everyone loves the hotel discounts. Get the feeling you're contributing to part of a team.

Cons

At times the work/life balance can get to you, but that's the case in this business. Guests who complain about the most minisule things on your brand's website and it drives your scores down.
