Local team was great to work with

Cons

They have mediocre benefits, mediocre pay, and don't value their property level employees despite claims otherwise. Sales based company that says all the right things to make themselves look good to the public and their owners. There is virtually no diversity in corporate management.

Great company with a fun culture and supportive environment from the top down. Promote from within and continually empower and invest in employees who want to grow with the company

As in any company there are always employees who just see work as a job and don't want to give 100% which can be frustrating to others that want to excel
