This company is fabulous and I hate to leave! I am relocating to an area where they do not manage hotels and it breaks my heart. I have interacted with staff, managers and corporate trainers at 3 different hotels where I work and everyone is positive, upbeat and shows trust in the employees to do the right thing. Empowerment is a frequent conversation and I never felt afraid to "do the right thing" when it came to taking care of a guest issue.

I have been an employee for 13 years and have loved working for the company. I have been blessed to have had wonderful Department Managers as well as General Managers who sincerely show care and concern for their employees. There are no big I's or little U's everyone is treated fairly which is very important to me. You are praised when you do a great job and corrected in a positive manner when you don't. The corrections are to help you grow in your job and sets you up for future success. We have had our ups and downs and people have come and gone but one thing that has remained the same throughout is the love, care and respect we have for each other like family and that is rare in today's work place. Oh and by the way we loved to have fun!
