The support system at this company runs very deep. Most of the regional poison and higher have been there for a very long time and have a wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Ownership companies are not exactly easy to work with at times.

Most hotel jobs require you to be on your feet all day which is something I couldn't handle.

If you like an unpredictable work environment then this place is perfect. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

Cons

High employee turnover. Different general manager every month. Policy changes every week. Redundant daily meetings. Spreadsheets for every little thing. Corporate does not pay attention to employee needs and allows managers to abuse their staff. Corporate also makes you use your vacation hours before you can use your sick hours if you call off sick making it difficult to accrue vacation hours.
