      Pros

      InnVentures is a great company to launch your hospitality career with. They truly believe in promoting from within and helping their team members reach their career goals. Work life balance is achievable and preferred from team members to managers. They are a great group of people that care about the people that make the company great! InnVentures is quickly becoming a major player and will have a lot of opportunity for those that are looking to become leaders in the hospitality industry.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more than one health care option.

      Pros

      InnVentures feels like home, they are the best company I have ever worked for and I will never work for another. I love the way that they train you, invest in it's employees, offer out of the box and fun incentives. I love the people that they hire, the management is awesome and I genuinely enjoy the work.

      Cons

      Wish we had a tad better base wages (great benefits though!) for areas that we lived in.

      Pros

      I have been employed with this company for almost 25 years and I can say from experience that this a company that promotes from within! Entering the workforce in an entry level position, I was able to experience and learn about both the operations and the sales side of the business and had the opportunity to work in every department in the hotel in a learning environment. The work atmosphere is focused on engaging the employee and the management staff has an open door policy.

      Cons

      I have no CONS to report about this company. If you are willing to learn and communicate that desire, you have a great opportunity to be promoted within this company.
