Free breakfast if you work morning shift, but it’s really not that great.

Management is horrible and upper management is even worse if there’s an issue with the property team.

Special quarterly awards and can make lifetime friendships. Good company brand to worker Courtyard Marriott.

Cons

Very low pay, Inconsistencies in management, high turn over. No follow up on issues. Little pay for a ton of work - No work life balance.
