The corporate staff shows great respect toward the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Managers (AGMs), recognizing their crucial role in guest interactions. Additionally, they empower you to efficiently manage the hotel without unnecessary micromanagement—a practice other companies would do well to adopt.

Cons

Very cheap corporation who does not care for employees. Employees are reminded how replaceable they are while working long hours and with no freedom whatsoever. They will watch you and wait for you to make a mistake. Work here if you are okay with being understaffed. There are also no perks whatsoever. Only work here to gain experience.
