Housekeeping asst management has their kids working below them and they get huge favoritism with the schedule, leaving early, work load, help during their shift and calling out constantly. Employees have found other jobs and left because of this. Employees have also walked out because of this and the ones left are at their wits end that it is allowed to continue and swept under the rug. It has created a toxic work environment. It's just a matter of time before everyone leaves. Countless complaints have been made to the GM and Housekeeping mgr, but NOTHING IS DONE about the blatant nepotism . They just don't care and expect everyone to deal with the absolute unfairness that constantly occurs.

They are still learning what it is to operate at a higher level so they are lacking some basic structure and layers within the organization. For a company this big to not have a head of HR is laughable. They seem to celebrate mediocrity, you wont meet the smartest people in the business working with them you also wont work with the dumbest.
