Upper management is a joke, they have no clue that the CTO is clueless and lying to them constantly about deliverables. What was supposed to be done in months has taken years and still nowhere near complete. Nothing but dropping sales, salary cuts and layoffs for the past two years. I'm currently looking elsewhere and know of atleast 4 others that are planning on leaving as well.
The CEO is a glorified con artist who has spent close to $100M of investors' money, only to build an unprofitable company. At a time when the economy is booming they need another infusion of cash to survive. Eventually the investors will realize the story they are being told is fake and this company will be sold - with little or no equity payout to employees.
