-Pay structure is constantly changing and does not favour employee -Nepotism is rampant within company, with qualified persons not being utilized for more specialized roles -coworkers will talk behind your back for no reason with the intent to disparage your work, -HR is unethical and will not properly investigate issues -if EHS doesn't like you, they will lie if there is a workplace incident -they Niagara region is known for being prejudice.
