Happy guests normally on vacation.

Cons

Micromanaging leadership who are in over their heads. Staff has been there for 20+ years yet the revolving door of managers won’t listen. Property is in disrepair, moral is in the toilet (which is constantly flooding).

Discount golf, free tournament tickets

Cons

Favoritism, no breaks, constantly belittled, never enough staff, overworked, good employees get no recognition, bad employees are promoted if favored, no free shift meal, can never get the tools you need to provide good customer service, work conditions are really poor.
