Pros

Great People at Innisbrook. They genuinely love the place and work hard.

Cons

Corporate could care less about the people who work there or the place itself. They want you to produce millions with pennies. It blows my mind since they pour money into other properties but give nothing to Innisbrook.

Pros

Always something to do keeps you in shape. Learn new transferable skills

Cons

Management is NEVER on the same page and does not communicate, that lack of communication flows downhill to employees not involved which in turn leads to a ton of miscommunication. Employee safety is lacking due to old equipment and super cheap safety gear if any Severe favoritism... it appears from several years here that the "good ole boy" network is in play promotions are rarely given to anyone not in their clique, even if there are more qualified candidates. Reviews are NEVER on time and usually wait 3-9 months after your review date, which leads to a retro check Pay is not on par with other courses of this caliber
