Pros

Being a product based company it provides a lot of learning opportunities. The pay scale is really good as compared to other companies and the increments are really good too .If you are a fresher this company will really help you grow so you can join without any thought.

Cons

The only con in this company is that it has a bond of three years.

Not good for fresher, may feel frusteted

Pros

Only if u wanted to improve you knowledge then join it otherwise dont join company.

Cons

Dont look its IT company. employee comes in company from 12:30 Office time for fresher is 11 AM to 10 PM (interesting of frustrating). No one is going to tell you your problems solution. you have to find your own solution. Only some people are experienced. they ask for 3 yrs bond. even first 3 months on 5000 and offering 3 lakh and even they don't trust on you till one yr. they will give only Rs: 20,000/- salary and after 1 ys they will give u 60,000/- . No life balance. Lunch time is 3 PM. even not have place for lunch. No team coordination. Even not smiled while working. They will hire you for "java developer" profile and hand over web development.
