Learning environment .Here we learn by doing . Weather it be team work or technologies . Good salary . Helpful people, Direct exposure and contribution.

Cons

Timings. No fixed timing but only in some projects otherwise timings are good .. I dont feel any problem only 3 yrs bond seems to be a problem
