good package, good colleagues,onsite opportunities.

Cons

No work life balance at all, 3 month probation period 3 year service agreement and 3 month notice period hence total 3.6 year of service agreement which is very long. Very toxic culture. Many times you have to stay more than 20 hours continuously. Sometimes also have to work on holidays and only 12 leaves you can take in an year and 7-8 other holiday including holi,diwali etc. Leaves. This company has the worst management.
