Not a good company. Management is like a college here if 6 years exp employee join the company then they must to call his/her junior as like a sir/madam. Leads Makes a very bad politics inside the team.if team has a 10 employee then he is selected 4 to 5 employee randomly for his/her carrier growth and rest all the people is only struggle here no body would help these employee. Because of your lead politics your appraisal will not get increase because he is not support you block you carrier growth.In the 10 people 4 member will get 10-20 %hike and rest all get 1-3% percent.too much bad politics.it is only because you does not make a good relationship with your team lead.if your lead if laughing and you are not then you not good employee in front of your lead that makes your appraisal rating down. Timing is too much bad in innoeye company time starts from 12pm and close time is 10:30 or 11 pm usually. but here you are not eligible to leave the office until your lead has not allowed to you for going to home first ask to your lead or another option is until your lead has not leave the office you also need to be sit with your lead weather you have a work or not. Leave if you have some problems and for that you are asking to your lead your lead first ask why you want an leave i can't give you after some debate he allowed you and warn next time i will not allowed you. If you want a leave he allowed leave only those situation when your family member has died . I have seen girl are crying here i request to all the girls don't join this company.
