Pros

Job security Entrusted with a lot of work so you gain experience quick Most people who work there are great Offers 401K Pleasant encounters with executives

Cons

- A true HR department would have a field day with what went on while I was there. Lots of yelling at employees on my team and worse. Most of those people are no longer working there thankfully. - Low salary, almost no raises and definitely no bonuses - Take advantage of employees by giving them more work without more pay - Inappropriate conversations in front of clients - This could have just been my team, but no one did anything to stop it - No diversity at the corporate level

Pros

Plenty of overtime , laid back environment for the most part , get plenty of on the job training

Cons

Overtime lol expected to go over and above without proper training lack of care/compassion from management every procedure is broken or dropped for sake of faster production speed zero regard for employees health/safety and dont expect a raise unless you are willing to apply to another company and they will match your job other lol

Pros

* A great place to start your career in project management. * My co-workers were caring and very helpful. As long as they see that you are putting an effort and carrying your weight, they will do their best to help you out. * My department allowed me to manage my accounts in my own leadership and organizational style. * They were very accommodating when I have unforeseen emergencies that arise.

Cons

* Sometimes you are overworked. * The pay is a bit too low for the amount of work and time that you put in. * There's no performance evaluation or pay-raise. * I'm not sure if this is really a con, but I do wish that management was a bit more involved and provided feedback and helped you developed. * There's no career track or path within the organization.
