easy interviews... on boarding with the recruiter was fine

Cons

They are just the "yes" men. They do not do anything to actually advocate to make the business relationship better between the companies that they are hired to provide staffing for. They need to actually work out the relationship with the specific company, so that the employees (Innosource hires) do not get the short end of the stick.
