Was let go due to a company lay off, PTO was nice, but not a lot of holidays.

• Caring managers who invested in you • Easy to talk to management • PTO was easy to take

Cons

• High stress • A lot of grey area for the job • While the company I was caring for had a lot of paid holidays, Innosource only had paid federal holidays, which was far less than what the parent company got.
