Work/Life balance Simple job Great people and made lifelong friends

Cons

Pay was very low Benefits were not great No room for growth within company Job got very repetitive Policies we're never followed Not everyone was treated equally

Cons

Insanely stressful They'll ask you to stay without any offer They don't really care
