Pros

Good stable schedule, block scheduling, and plenty of OT in the summer.

Cons

No chance for upward movement within the company. They have no regard for seniority and will bypass you for a management position for someone that's only been there a month.

Pros

Very Friendly staff. Very helpful and informative. They walk you through the process and are always available for any questions you may have. I got a great job that I wanted through them.

Cons

No cons I can think of.
