Work from home. Help drivers get back on the road. Decent training.

Cons

Micromanagement down to when you're allowed to use the restroom. Lack of professional decision making. Breaks are removed for all employees in a whim. Confusing and often insulting responses from team leads. General lack of consideration for their employees well being.
