Pros

We help people find the position that is right for them. Finding a job for someone in need is incredibly rewarding. We get to work with incredible clients. Constantly learning new things about people, companies and technology. Our leaders and management go above and beyond for everyone.

Cons

You rely on other people to follow through(answering the phone, going to interviews or accepting a position), that gets tough sometimes when they don't do as they say.
