The people. Colleagues are truly the only good thing about working here. You will be surrounded by smart, hardworking, and supportive individuals who do their absolute best

Cons

The day-to-day operations are incredibly chaotic and micromanaged. Leadership claims to care about the quality and high standards, yet they will lay off their top performers. It is completely hypocritical to demand perfection while actively firing people who consistently deliver it. Internal technical infrastructure is an absolute joke. Instead of building a functional internal system, management forces everyone to manually fill out tedious Microsoft Forms every single day. It is a massive waste of time, highly inefficient, and embarrassing for the company. The management prioritizes profit margins over quality, and they will gladly fire their top performers to hide their own financial incompetence.
