Pros

If you get a project with less volume, you'll be happy as you'll be mostly free. Some projects offer additional pay compensations. No communication after work hours.

Cons

Bad projects mean you won't even get time to breathe. 9 hrs of pure production with proper time tracking. Even going to pee will have you miss on your KPIs and suffer because of it. Some projects are worse than others. The lunch break isn't even paid! E
