Chill job and can work from home

Cons

Horrible company that will lay you off at random. They Track your time and if you are away for longer than 8 minutes you have to make up that time. Pro tip for anyone work they use a mouse clicker and you'll have more time to use to step away while keeping you status active. They Will switch you from project to project for no reason which messes up your quality benchmarks for the tasks you have to do.
