Job is remote and flexible working hours

Cons

You really have no say in what you work on. The VPN we have to use often goes down and you lose hours that you have to make up. Pay could be a lot better. Have to look at harmful content most of the day which affects your mental health. Have to attend mandatory Wellness trainings that are a joke.
