Competent trainers (most of the time) and professional Team Leads. Good PTOs and remote work.

Cons

Recent mass layoffs (no sufficient time for notice) seem to have been done without careful considerations of employees' performance or experience within the company. Got this job hoping to grow with the company but there's barely any opportunity to move up or develop expertise skills other than rating/annotating.

- WFH - Very few meetings - Decent time off - Easy work - Lots of downtime - Coworkers are nice

Cons

- Disorganized - Micromanaged by an 8 minute timer that clocks you out for inactivity, even if there is no work to do - Team leads know about as much as you do - Random layoffs - Project switches constantly, sometimes multiple times a month - No raises - No room for growth - Management rarely ever communicates - You are expected to treat the client's word as law, even if it's a ridiculous or impossible ask
