approachable manager. people are friendly (even the hr and the higher ups)

i should have left after 1 year. my salary is too low. i can understand that increase in salary is base on performance. but im no longer motivated after a year. im doing the same job for many years till i resign. my salary is getting lower no career growth. benefits are not good. health insurance is disappointing.
