Pros

Good people (in terms of experience and knowhow). Many opportunities for professional growth - vertical and horizontal, if you have the persistence and the passion.

Cons

There are issues also - politics, misalignments, gaps in communications (behavioral) - which creates friction, inefficiencies, frustration and demotivation. But these things are reversable.

Great team, depends on the project. Luckily my team is one of the best you could work with. We work hard, play hard and party hard. Team members and even managers are very supportive and help you grow as a person. Never hesitate in handling you new responsibilities. Listen to your opinions and even try to implement them within their limitations. It is a great learning experience overall. Work from home option is also there.

Cons

Salary is low and hikes r not impressive. Even though we get good incentives the income is unstable and your salary certificate is not much worth. At times work pressure is too much and only ppl who work more are held responsible. those who don't walk away without much trouble.
