-work from home -1 hr lunch break (unpaid) -always someone to help you -barely any meetings -no one bothers you too much -pretty chill

Cons

-repetitive work -huge layoffs out of nowhere... worked with them for almost 2 years and they sent a random email on a tuesday night at 8:30pm to 200 people telling them that their time at the company is over... feels unprofessional and disrespectful
