If you want to taste the MNC working, You can join here, But without any growth. you will feel the taste of MNC by blocking your carrier. Project Manager are not able to move from this company so they feel that its their company and making worst with employee. for appraisal : They always thing that this money is giving from their pocket, So tends to move in zero to 5 % of increment max.
