If you are a good negotiator the company can pay well. There are some good marketing materials available now - more than existed in the past. Lots of data sheets.

Cons

Excessive number of executive sales leadership (3) for the number of sales managers (7) that exist. Execs lack ability to develop and execute on a growth strategy for the company. Corporate communication is poor. C level leaders don't believe in the power of marketing the company or developing a brand.
