Pros

-Remote -Flexible Schedule 8am-8pm either EST or your local time zone -lots of projects -weekly audits and performance reviews

Cons

-8 billable hours means 8 full hours of active work; more than 8 minutes inactive will kick you out of the system and you will need to make up that 8 minutes and any other time you step away from the assigned tasks -you can get moved projects at the drop of a hat with no warning -earning a QA position on one project means nothing when you get transferred to a new project -QA, though it involves training and grading a team of people, does not come with an increase in pay, just responsibility (but it is the first step toward either promotion path)
