Pros

If you can keep buttering higher management, go ahead, they will promote you 5 times in 6 months.

Cons

1. Mega hiring and firing. 2. Will leave in high and dry after your probation. 3. They hire people nd after completion of probation, they fire people so they don't have to make them permanent. 4. Higher up have no idea what is going on, they are making managers within the team who have no experience, make ur life miserable. 5. Horrible favourism via managers. 6. They show minimal experience in thir works. 7. Even u qualified there interview, for each projects, there will be 3 rounds of test with 90% scoring criteria. There will training in terms of showing pets. Projects will me 2 weeks to 6 weeks long, but only for 1 day poor performance, they will hand you over PIP plan. Performance depends on quality, time management, occupancy in client portal, number of clicks and blah blah. Even only one parameter is down for one project for one day, they will give you their patent mail "Your service is terminated due to unsatisfactory performance " So, pls don't join. U will not be able to sleep for one day. "

Pros

average pay, average benefits. supportive TLs and QAs but even they have very limited knowledge

Cons

- Constantly changing guidelines about how they tracked our performance, so nothing is ever good enough as they can’t make up their minds about how they tracked our performance. - TLs are supportive but at the same time mislead you into believing you’re doing great until suddenly one day you aren’t. - They constantly acknowledge that there are gaps in data about performance tracking, but will still give you the stats which they’ll never tell you how it’s calculated. - No paid breaks in the day, and they constantly expect you to work throughout your shift because the system kicks you out after 8 minutes of inactivity. So basically, you can’t even take a bathroom break without clocking out and increasing your work day by however much time you spend in the bathroom. - One of the group heads boasted about squeezing work lunches in, when people complained about the lack of lunch breaks. - They expect you to stop moving, breathing and eating during the 8 hour work shift because if you do, they’ll send threatening emails/messages without any consideration that we are humans working for them and not machines that they expect to be plugged in for 8 hours non-stop. I can really just keep going on because there is an endless list of things that are wrong about this company and the kind of work they make you do.

Pros

1)Salary is credited on time 2) Flexible working as remote

Cons

1)There's a lack of understanding regarding the technical aspects within the company. 2)You'll be left high and dry once your probation period ends. 3)They recruit individuals, and upon completion of their probation, terminate them to avoid permanent employment. 4)Senior management is disconnected from operations, promoting inexperienced managers within teams who create a miserable work environment. 5)Managers show blatant favoritism, creating a toxic workplace culture. 6)Despite claiming to specialize in AI, they lack basic knowledge of algorithmic functioning. 7)Even if you pass their interview, each project entails three rounds of testing with a 90% pass rate requirement. Training consists mainly of trivial demonstrations. Projects typically last from 2 to 6 weeks, yet even a single day of poor performance can result in a 8)Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) being issued. Employees are arbitrarily assigned to projects and are susceptible to termination at any moment.
