      Pros

      Some flexibility with work hours, mostly easy work

      Cons

      Randomly laid off after only two months with only positive performance reviews. They had just hired almost 300 people at the same time as me. Minimal severance given and health insurance cut off the same day I was laid off. Very limited clarity on project expectations, and managers constantly contradict each other in the minimal guidance we're given.

      working from home sometimes workload is light although unhelpful most of the time, upper management are very nice

      Cons

      the flexibility of working remote is an illusion to entice you. this job is unpredictable and confusing at best. you're moved around from project to project with no prior notice or any type of set schedule, so good luck trying to plan your day! managers don't seem to know what's going on and provide very little guidance. there's very little opportunity for growth and no yearly raises. it's a dead end workplace
