Pros

Flexible Working Shifts, Nothing Else

Cons

No values of good employees. Employees can't share their grievances. If ask something from Management, then you will be asked to give resignation OR they will fire you by referring any silly reason i.e. misbehavior etc. No employee labelization. Less work experience guys may get more salary than you. No fair salary increments. if the employee will do flattering of the manager or project manager, then he will get good recognition.

Pros

Embraces work-life balance as a result of some policies like flexible work arrangements and work-from- home for some employees where feasible depending on the nature of work/projects. Friendly, fun, and family-oriented work environment.

Cons

Need to innovate more. The growth of the company hasn’t been seen as much as during its early years.
