Remote 100% Hummanities background are good too Good culture and people (very supportive managers or supervisors) Flexible time frame and pto Well-being support and perks

Cons

Sometimes there are many tidieous jobs Not knowing the whole picture can feel a bit lost and meaningless Less job security. US and Canada has large pay gap due to the currency exchange rate although the Canadian regions may have higher living costs. No compensation on monitors or other equipments other than a laptop (too small to to certain jobs)
