Pros
Almost negligible. There are no pros I can think of.
Cons
>The company hires students in bulk for a duration of just 5-6 months. >Pathetic work-life balance. No definite numbers of hours of work. The manager expects you to slog for the entire day like you do not have a personal life. >They will force you to resign when they are done with their project. It doesn't matter to them whatever circumstances you are going through. >The manager promised to train us for impairments but never fulfilled it. >They will act like they have a lot of business but actually they don't. >Please do not expect any growth in this organization. >Job security- The only position that is secure in this company is that of a security guard. >HRs- My God!!! They will behave like they own the company. >No learning, no growth, and underpaid as well. Even daily wage workers get paid more than senior associates of this company.
